Located very close to two subway stations (510m from Vila Mariana station and 700m from Chacara Klabin station). Ideal for those who want to work at Avenida Paulista, study at ESPM and Santa Marcelina universities or to access the numerous hospitals in the neighborhood.

Decoration by TRIPLEX ARQUITETURA. Super cozy, it has Wi-Fi of 15MB, a high standard mattress, air conditioning split and black-out curtain. It is possible to accommodate two people and, in the case of a third, there is also a common sofa in the apartment. A set of bed linen (sheets, pillows, pillow cases and bath and face towels) will be provided for the two guests. There are no exchanges during the stay.

House Rules:

- The entrance must be made from 2PM to 8PM. Please inform estimated time of arrival, as our host will be waiting to follow your check-in;

- After receiving full payment, we´ll send you the house guide and request a copy of all guest´s photo ID. You will also receive the lease agreement, that shoul be signed and sended back in a minimum period of 72 hours before the entrance date. This procedure is necessary to authorize guests to have access to the apartment.

- It is not allowed to receive visits in the apartment and in the common areas of the building;

- For reservations through Conviva Temporada / Booking website, payment of the deposit must be made with bank transfer and proof of payment must be sent in advance of the arrival date;

- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building (including outside patio). Any fines will be transferred to the renters;

- Photographic shoots or video recordings aren´t allowed in the apartment;

- In regards to our neighbors, please keep the noise level down after 10PM;

- Long term discounts are presented directly to you by simulating a booking in the listing. Unfortunately we aren´t able to offer additional discounts.
